UNIQUE SUPPORT AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES LLC (DBA)Evans Unique Support Services serves the elderly and persons with disabilities with access to social services and provides support and training to caregivers in healthcare and mental health services through recruiting, training, and staffing in various facilities. We also provide personal care services to the sick and elderly, and non-emergency transportation to individuals, especially those affected by intellectual and developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's dementia disease.

As an organization, our first mission is to support caregivers in support groups where they can talk about their experiences, feelings, and challenges in caring for the elderly; share stories of caregiving successes; learn about the dementia disease process; receive tips on caregiving skills and stress management; and connect caregivers to helpful local resources. In addition, we offer course training to direct care employees who provide services to the community of individuals affected by intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Our goal is "to provide quality, compassionate, and trustworthy support services to your family and loved ones and to develop trusting relationships with caregivers, clients, and families while building a good reputation in our communities.” Participation in a caregiver support group has also been shown to improve the physical and mental health of caregivers.
